We're looking for a feature that would allow customers to purchase a pack of credits to be used at a later date. This is a very common feature in boutique fitness where a customer purchases a ten pack at a discounted rate and when they want to book time they use their credits.

Adding items in cart to the confirmation email
We would like the option to list other items in the cart in the confirmation email to support our upsell strategy.

Add Shopify order number in bookings view
To help with tracking bookings connected to orders it would be helpful to have an extra column field added to the list view for the Shopify order number that would be clickable and would connect to the associated Shopify order. (Instead of having to click into each one)

Show a "Paid" identifier in booking view of bookings paid successfully.
Instead of having to click into each booking to see the paid status, it would be helpful to have a column, colour or some type of identifier/icon of which bookings have been paid for in the bookings view. Perhaps adding another column in the list view, or having them highlighted in a colour when they are paid or unpaid. This would be helpful for the staff workflow of making sure appointments are paid for successfully.

Show custom fields on Booking Page
I do not have Shop Checkout enabled for my event and have 1 custom field. Have the custom field appear on the pop-up where the customer fills out their contact info to book an appointment

Search by customer name for manual bookings
Right now you can only search by adding the full email address for customers when you are making a manual booking and attaching it to the customer. It would be much faster and easier if we could search by first or last name, instead of having to go into shopify, searching the customer, copying their email address and then going back into EAB manual booking to paste it in. Hope it's an easy fix! :)

Search customers upgraded
Please let me know if team can do the two additional upgrades: 1- auto populate emails or names when searching customers 2- alphabetical customers so that when you search it’s easy to find someone especially bc we will by year time have alot of customers

Add Shopify Order # to GCal Invite
We're using the order id variable which wouldn't be as helpful as using the order #.
