Handle Customers Cancellations with Automatic Refunds

Would love to be able to have it so that when a customer cancels their appointment, refunds are automatically handled by Easy Appointment Booking. (Similar to how Sesami does it. They don't handle any payments, but somehow are able to trigger a refund back to customer's payment method automatically through shopify.)
