Price Changes Dependent On Day/Time

I’m looking to see if there is a way to support variable pricing for the same service or event based on the day of the week. Our business offers ear piercing services that require a $15 deposit when booking an appointment. However, we would like to run a recurring promotion offering free piercings every Wednesday, which would require the deposit to be waived on that specific day only.
Having the ability to adjust pricing or deposits by date or day of the week for a single service would allow us to easily manage promotions without creating separate listings or manual workarounds.

love this idea we have wanted to do a happy hour pricing on services based on slower times as some revenue is better than none. But every time we try to do it with a discount app it fails to do it correctly.

This would work really well for us for seasonal wine tasting discounts as well or one off promotional pricing if there could be a calendar option to it, not just a day of the week option.
