Hi Flying Camp Paragliding! When you say specific clients, can you elaborate with an example?
For instance, we currently send confirmation, reminders, and thank you's as transactional emails to each of your customers. What would the use case be for a specific reachout? Thanks in advance!

Servicify Team being able to manually send these instead of only automated means i could customize my clients experience. We get last minute weather cancellations and other reasons to be fluid and flexible..Im wanting to send my clients, individually, a thank you for cancelled vs completed bookings..each with it's own message designed around the reason (cancelled or comleted). and I dont want it automated for all cancellations...Elite customer service means I can handle it all via the backend automated or manually.

not all clients need an automated cancellation message nor do they want one. Also, I wish to send some clients, but not all a completed appointment message to gain reviews, but not all clients need to provide reviews...so selectively sending messages becomes important as an elite customer service tool. Thank you!
