It would be great to add an admin seat to our team who can have access to the portal, but will not be logged into the shopify. They would still like full access to see bookings, availability, etc

Hi there, yes this is possible to do via the Team Portal as Diamond mentioned. You can learn more here:

You can do that with a team seat I believe that’s what it’s called. They will have their own login but they can see bookings and not have access to your Shopify.
