Ticketing: sell at different prices for Adult, Kids, or VIPs

Running a tour or event usually means one price for everyone. So you either undercharge the adults or overcharge the kids. The workaround is building a separate variant for every price, which then splits one group across three bookings and three confirmation emails. Wouldn't it be nicer to just say "2 adults, 1 kid" and be done? Now Easy Appointments lets you sell one event at as many prices as you need!
Why it matters
A party of four booking three separate services is three bookings on your calendar, three emails to your guest, and a headcount you have to add up yourself. It also breaks your capacity, because each service counts its own seats.
With ticket types, that party is one booking
 for four people. Your timeslot capacity counts all four, your guest gets one confirmation, and your team sees exactly who is coming: 2 adults, 1 kid, 1 baby.

How it works
Go to Dashboard
, click Edit
 on your event, and open the General
 tab.
Scroll to General Settings
 and turn on Sell multiple ticket types
.
Add a row for each ticket type with a name and a price, for example Adult 25, Kid 10, Baby 0.
Save. We create a Ticket type
 option on your Shopify product with one variant per row, so checkout, receipts, and reporting all work the way they already do.
Your guests pick their mix on the booking page, check out once, and land on your calendar as a single reservation with the full breakdown attached.
One thing to know: if you rename, reprice, or delete one of those variants directly in Shopify, we will flag it on the event so your ticket types and your product don't quietly drift apart.
