Improvements to event creation

We have made some improvements to the event creation flow to make it easier to understand.

Creating a new event is easier on your phone or tablet. We have made some buttons larger and made it easier to select availabilities.

If your product has inventory tracking enabled and is currently "sold out", then your customers will not be able to book appointments for it. To fix this, you need to uncheck the "Track Quantity" checkbox.

Now, when you create an event with a product in this state, the app will let you know.
