By default orders are unfulfilled, so you can fulfill them yourself whenever it suits you. But this creates a new workflow for you to manage, especially since physical items are fulfilled differently than bookings. Wouldn't it be nice to fulfill orders automatically? Now Easy Appointments can close them out for you!
Why it matters
Marking each booking's order as fulfilled is one more manual step after the appointment is done, and it adds up when you are running a lot of bookings. Now the moment you check a guest in, the app can fulfill their item on the Shopify order, so your orders stay tidy without the extra clicks.
What you can do

- 🎯 Only the booking's own item is fulfilled, so anything else on the same order stays untouched until you are ready

How it works
- Go to Settings > Shopify automations.
- Under "When a booking is checked in," turn on "Fulfill the booking on the Shopify Order" (currently in Beta).
- From now on, checking a guest in marks their booking's item as fulfilled on the order.
