We've shipped an update that lets you customize your subject line for customer-facing emails.
Now, the title of your email can contain the same variables as your email body.
Here's an example of an email subject which contains 3 variables:
- {{event_name}}: This will automatically be populated with the name of the event that is being booked.
- {{start_date}}: This will automatically be populated with the start date of the booking.
- {{start_time}}: This will automatically be populated with the start time of the booking.
There are over 10 different variables that you can use to customize your emails. You can customize the subjects of all the different emails that we send. This includes:
- Emails sent when a booking is made
- Emails sent when a booking is rescheduled
- Emails sent when a booking is cancelled
- Emails sent as a reminder for an upcoming booking
You can find a full list of all the supported variables in the
Settings
tab of the app. This feature is available to all customers of Easy Appointment Booking today!
