Everyone using Easy Appointment Booking now has access to a helpful Analytics summary widget that lives at the top of the admin dashboard.
You can use this to quickly determine how your events and services are performing.
- Revenue: Sales made from your services.
- Added to Cart: the number of times a booking was added to the cart by a customer.
- Bookings: The number of bookings made
- Conversion: "Bookings" divided by "Added to Cart"
You can track this data across the last 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Only paid bookings will show up here. Free bookings do not generate revenue, and are not added to the cart, so they will not be visible here.
Advanced Reporting for Pro Plus
Pro Plus customers now get access to advanced reporting and analytics. Click the "View Detailed Reports" button to see conversion data broken down by each service.
This will let you identify the services that are performing well, and the ones that need more attention from you.
